Presentationflow.ministrybranch.com is a FREE platform operated entirely on donations and community support. We do not charge users for access or services. We do not provide data backups or guarantee service availability—you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all content and data. We cannot endorse or guarantee any specific service level due to our volunteer-based operation.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide automatic backups or data recovery services. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all content and presentations. If you delete content from our Service, we cannot recover it. We recommend exporting your presentations regularly.
We retain limited account information for operational purposes, but deletion requests will result in permanent data loss. Save your work locally before requesting account deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
- Encrypted databases for data at rest
