1. Overview

2. Copyright Policy

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Verify completeness of the notice
  • Contact the account holder
  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours (if valid)
  • Preserve evidence for 30 days

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including:

  1. Your full legal name, address, email, and phone
  2. Description and URL of the removed content
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was erroneous
  4. Explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
